I’ve lived the rollercoaster – from military deployments to motherhood, career pivots, multiple transitions to personal breakthroughs. And through it all, I chose to flourish, not just survive. That choice led me to become a Certified Personal and Executive Life Coach through the CaPP Institute in 2017, where I fused my lived experience with the science of positive psychology.

Born in Heidelberg, Germany and raised in a military family, I learned early on how to adapt, lead, and thrive. My academic journey reflects that same drive: I hold an MBA in Finance from Columbia Southern University and a B.S. in Psychology, Accounting, and Business Management from the University of Maryland. Today, I’m pursuing a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology – because growth never stops.

Professionally, I’ve worn many hats: sexual assault response coordinator, equal employment opportunity advisor, senior financial manager, and executive coach. Each role has deepened my understanding of resilience, leadership, and the power of human connection.
